Dominion Cues (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to showcase our custom cue catalog, take inquiries from prospective customers, and manage orders for customers we work with directly. This policy describes what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and how it is used.

Contact form submissions
When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you provide describing what you'd like built. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to set up your order.
Customer accounts
Customer accounts are created by our staff when we begin working on an order. An account is associated with your name, email address, and the orders, order status history, files, and messages tied to that account. You can sign in to view your order history and communicate with our team.
Payment information
Payments (deposits, balances, and full payments) are processed through Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment card details directly — we do not receive or store your full card number on our systems. We retain a record that a payment was made, its amount, and its status.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in to your customer account or staff account (an authentication session cookie). This cookie is required for the account and order-tracking features to work and is not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form.
- To create and manage customer accounts and orders.
- To process payments for orders through Stripe.
- To send account- and order-related emails (for example, payment requests, order status updates, and messages from our team) through our email provider, Resend.
- To keep you signed in to your account via an authentication cookie.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate this site. Each provider processes information only as needed to provide their service to us:
- Stripe — payment processing for order deposits, balances, and full payments.
- Resend — delivery of account, order, and notification emails.
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider, hosting your account data, order records, and any files or images associated with your orders.
Data Security
We use access controls to limit which staff can view customer information based on their role, and customer accounts can only access their own orders, files, and messages. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
