By using this website, submitting an inquiry through our contact form, or using a customer account we've set up for you, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Description of Service
Dominion Cues offers a catalog of custom and performance cues, a contact form for inquiries about custom builds, and customer accounts for tracking orders that our staff create on your behalf. There is currently no self-serve checkout — all orders are entered and managed by our staff, and order status changes (including marking a payment complete) are controlled by staff, not automated.
Accounts
Customer accounts are created by our staff, not through public self-sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the contact information associated with your account. Access to your account is protected by an authentication session cookie set when you sign in.
Orders and Payments
Orders are staff-entered based on the details you provide through the contact form or directly with our team. Payments — including deposits, balance payments, and full payments — are processed securely through Stripe. Order status, including confirmation that a payment has been received, is updated by our staff.
Custom Work
